Pipeline Rescue Sprint

Before you hire an AE, build the sales system they should inherit.

A focused GTM sprint for B2B founders with inconsistent pipeline, unclear ICP, weak outbound, or CRM stages based on hope instead of buyer behavior. Ten business days. One working system at the end.

10 business daysStarting at $1,500Founder in every session

Who this is for.

  • B2B founders running founder-led sales who can't predict next month's pipeline
  • Founders preparing to hire the first AE and unsure what the AE should inherit
  • Teams burning outbound credits with weak reply rates and unclear ICP
  • Founders whose CRM stages don't match how buyers actually behave

Symptoms we see in every Pipeline Rescue.

If three or more of these are true, the motion is not ready to hand off to an AE.

Inconsistent meetings booked week to week
Generic outbound messaging, low reply rate
Vague ICP, no defensible segment hypothesis
No clear definitions for what each CRM stage means
Stalled deals that nobody can explain
A CRM that does not tell the truth about pipeline

What gets rebuilt.

ICP and target account criteria

A defensible segment hypothesis based on actual conversion signals, not founder intuition.

Outbound messaging

Hooks tied to a real, validated pain — written for the persona that converts, not the persona you wish converted.

Discovery and objection handling

A live discovery guide and objection playbook built from your real deals.

CRM stage definitions

Stages reflect buyer behavior — pain confirmed, business impact defined, next steps agreed — not seller optimism.

Execution dashboard

One view of the funnel that answers what is working and what is stalling, every week.

AI-assisted research and personalization workflow

A practical workflow you can run yourself — not a black box, not a tool stack you can't maintain.

The 10-day timeline.

Days 1–2

GTM teardown

Pipeline audit, CRM audit, call recording review. We document the leak before we touch anything.

Days 3–5

ICP and messaging rebuild

Segment hypothesis, target account criteria, outbound messaging tied to validated pain.

Days 6–8

Playbook and CRM rebuild

Discovery guide, objection playbook, CRM stages, dashboard.

Days 9–10

AI workflow + handoff

Personalization workflow installed. Live handoff session. You run it from there.

You walk away with.

Every deliverable is written down, runnable, and yours to keep.

FAQ

Is this enough to replace a Fractional CRO?
No. The sprint is the front door. It gets the system clean enough that the founder can run it, and clean enough to decide whether ongoing leadership (Fractional CRO) or hands-on execution (AI Workflow Build) is the right next step.
Do I have to commit to a retainer after?
No. The sprint is a defined 10-day engagement. Most founders extend into AI Workflow Build or Fractional CRO once they've seen the system work, but it is not required.
What if my ICP is already validated?
Then we move faster on segmentation and spend more time on messaging, CRM stages, and the AI workflow. The sprint is scoped to the founder's actual leak — we do not run a fixed checklist.
Will the founder be in every session?
Yes. Founder-led sales should produce the system your first AE inherits. The founder is in the room, learning the motion, so they can coach the next hire.
How is this priced?
Starting at $1,500 for the first sprint clients. As case studies build, this moves toward $3,000–$5,000. Either way, it is far less than 12 months of a mis-hired AE.

Ready to pressure-test the motion?

A short call to diagnose where the leak is — and decide whether a sprint is the right next move.
