Can I switch tiers mid-engagement?
Yes. If you start with Tier 2 and want to move to Tier 3, you can. We'll prorate and adjust.
Do I need the foundation first?
No. You can start with a retainer if you're confident in your ICP and want immediate execution. But we recommend foundation for first-time GTM builders.
What if I want to extend beyond 3 months?
All retainers are month-to-month after the initial 3-month commitment. Most founders extend because results compound.
Can you do a custom package?

What's included in "active execution"?
